Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@pawsclean.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned after 30 days are not eligible for a return or refund.
